We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own and scale our full pipeline engine, across inbound and outbound motions. This role will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi‐channel demand programs, working closely with our digital agency partners and SDR team to ensure consistent, predictable, and high‐quality pipeline generation.
You will be accountable for designing programs that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and revenue - from the very top of the funnel all the way to qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Ownership & Growth
- Own the full‐funnel demand generation strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets.
- Build and optimise inbound and outbound programs that drive qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
- Work alongside the Product Growth Marketing leads to deliver pipe for each team.
- Develop pipeline forecasts, track progress, and communicate performance proactively to marketing and sales leadership.
- Paid Digital / SEO/AEO
- Manage integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, email, and website optimisation.
- Partner with a digital agency to execute and refine high‐performing acquisition programs.
- Develop compelling content and offer to increase conversion across the funnel (reports, webinars, landing pages, nurture programs, etc.)
- Increase organic traffic by developing a strong SEO strategy alongside the agency, especially to manage the re‐brand messaging/ positioning.
- Improve lead‐to‐opportunity conversion through testing, CRO, and continuous optimisation.
- Build a robust AEO strategy and grow this channel to drive opportunities.
- Build targeted outbound programs in collaboration with SDR lead - including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, sequencing, and activation plans.
- Equip SDRs with high‐quality lists, insights, and campaigns that increase relevance and booking rates.
- Analyse outbound performance and iterate quickly based on data.
- Cross‐Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Growth Marketing, and RevOps to ensure tight alignment on ICP, messaging, funnel definitions, and qualification criteria.
- Run regular pipeline syncs to optimise follow‐up, lead routing, and SLA adherence.
- Technology & Data
- Use marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to build scalable, measurable programs.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, velocity, pipeline contribution) and refine programs accordingly.
- Maintain strong data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- 5–8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally within SaaS or fast‐growth environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering significant pipeline (15M and above) —from both inbound and outbound channels.
- Hands‐on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, derive insights, and inform decisions.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external partners.
- Proven collaboration with SDR teams or sales organisations.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high‐growth, fast‐paced environment.
