Eich rôl
Fel Swyddog Datblygu yn Brycheiniog, byddwch yn chwarae rhan allweddol wrth gefnogi a datblygu rhaglen Farming Connect ar draws y sir. Byddwch yn gweithio'n agos gyda ffermwyr, busnesau amaethyddol a rhanddeiliaid y diwydiant i hyrwyddo gwasanaethau, hwyluso gweithgareddau trosglwyddo gwybodaeth, a chreu cyfleoedd sy'n helpu busnesau fferm i ddatblygu a ffynnu. Bydd y rôl yn cynnwys adeiladu perthnasoedd cadarn, trefnu digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau datblygu, a sicrhau bod Ffermwyr yn cael y gefnogaeth a'r wybodaeth sydd eu hangen i wneud penderfyniadau gwybodus ar gyfer dyfodol eu busnes.

Your role
As a Development Officer in Breconshire, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the Farming Connect programme across the county. You will work closely with farmers, agricultural businesses and industry stakeholders to promote services, facilitate knowledge transfer activities, and create opportunities that help farm businesses grow and thrive. The role will involve building strong relationships, organising events and development activities, and ensuring clients receive the support and information they need to make informed decisions for the future of their businesses.

As a Development Officer, you will make a real difference to farm businesses and rural communities across Breconshire. By building strong relationships, facilitating valuable networks, and connecting people with knowledge, opportunities and support, you will help farmers develop their businesses, adopt new practices and plan confidently for the future. Your work will contribute to a more productive, sustainable and resilient agricultural sector in Wales.

- A full DBS will be required for this role
