Byddwch yn arwain ac yn cydlynu gweithgarwch technegol ar draws treialon ar ffermydd, gan drosi gwyddoniaeth gadarn yn ddarpariaeth ymarferol sy’n canolbwyntio ar ffermwyr. Trwy weithio’n agos gyda phartneriaid y diwydiant, ymchwilwyr a chynhyrchwyr dofednod blaengar, byddwch yn helpu i lunio dyluniad y prosiect, goruchwylio’r cyflawni yn erbyn cerrig milltir, a sicrhau bod dysgu’n cael ei gasglu a’i rannu.
