Your role
We’re looking for a creative, curious and ambitious individual to join our marketing team. You’ll plan, create and share content that captures attention, drives engagement and delivers results. From social media content and video creation to email marketing, digital advertising and performance analysis, you’ll play a key role in helping Mentera and our clients tell their stories and connect with new audiences. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration and seeing their ideas come to life.
Your team and your peers
You’ll be joining a small, supportive and energetic team that leads on communications and marketing across Mentera. Working closely with the Team Leader, Director of Communications and Marketing, and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering creative campaigns for both Mentera and our clients. It’s a collaborative environment where fresh ideas are welcomed, creativity is encouraged, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of your work and make a real impact. You’ll also work alongside businesses, partners, influencers and clients across Wales, gaining diverse and valuable experience in digital marketing and communications.

Essential facts about the role
- Department: Marketing and Communications (Central)
- Type of contract: Temporary for approximately 12 months (maternity cover)
- Work pattern: The role is advertised as full-time (7.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday). However, we are open to discuss part-time or flexible arrangements up to 4 days per week and where these meet the needs of the service.
