Location: Cheltenham and Rural Client Sites

Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 dep on exp

Agriculture is not simply one department among many; it sits at the heart of the firm’s business, allowing their team to develop deep expertise and long-standing client relationships across the rural community.

As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Solicitor to join their specialist Agriculture Department.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to manage a diverse and interesting caseload, working with a broad range of rural clients across:

  • Agricultural property matters
  • Farms and landed estates
  • Rural business transactions
  • Agricultural tenancies
  • Estate and succession planning matters
  • Rural commercial property work

You will become a trusted adviser to clients, providing practical, commercially focused legal advice while developing long-term professional relationships. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department through mentoring junior team members, supporting business development activities, and helping to strengthen the firm’s already impressive reputation within the agricultural sector.
