Your role

As our People and Places Business Partner you will be part of a team that works on strategic and operational actions to do with our people and workplaces across the business. You will support our talented people to perform at their best, assist us in predicting and managing risk, and work on the department's projects that will have an impact throughout the company.

Your team and your peers

This is an opportunity to join a team that is focused on carrying out the full range of Human Resources duties and responsibilities, including co‑ordinating support on issues to do with our workplaces.

Your impact

You are primarily responsible for advising business units on their management of our people and the physical environment. So you will be empowered to:

  • Partner with managers to provide advice on work issues and policies every day so they can support their people to perform at their best.
  • Administer our systems and business procedures with the aim of providing an excellent and integrated experience for our people while they are at work.
  • Support the department with actions related to our places, our facilities, and health and safety compliance.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in your work, including strict confidentiality.
