The Job Role Details
As Area Sales Manager for the South East of the UK, you will be the face of the company in your region.
You\’ll manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities with agricultural dealers, workshops, and machinery specialists.
Your role will be a blend of relationship management, product promotion, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory.
- Present and promote company products and services to dealers and workshops.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Provide technical knowledge and advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Report market insights, trends, and competitor activity to the sales leadership team.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the agricultural machinery parts sector.
