Do you have a passion for working with people who have common mental health problems and a desire to become part of a leadership and management team to manage and support the delivery of low-Intensity treatment with our Stafford Team?

The Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Talking Therapies Service is a creative organisation which embraces staff ideas to constantly seek ways of taking the service forward to adapt to changing expectations.

You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide evidence of at least one year of post qualification experience working within the PWP role. You will have completed the PWP Supervision Training. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of how anxiety and depression present in Primary Care. You will also be either BABCP or BPS registered.

The successful candidate will join the team at Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Wellbeing Service. Working as part of the Step 2 team, we will offer numerous prospects for learning and development through strong team support, clinical supervision, and integration with our Step 3 team. In addition to this we offer a comprehensive employee package including the opportunity to work at home one day a week following a six month probation period, and allocated time for the development of Specialist Interests.
