Mental Health Matters is seeking a Learning Partner to join our Learning and Organisational Development team.
You will partner with services to identify capability needs, co-create practical learning plans and deliver engaging learning experiences across the organisation.
You will champion the 70:20:10 learning model, coach leaders, and work with managers to build capable, confident teams while supporting mandatory learning and delivery across shifts and travel.
