The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and qualified candidate to provide a high quality, recovery focused support to our clients who have a range of mental health needs as well as other support needs including learning disabilities, physical health issues and substance misuse, whilst promoting independence and social inclusion. We work in close partnership with other professionals, so we require good communication skills and advocacy for the people who we support.

You will require advanced experience and understanding of complex mental health needs displaying emotional intelligence to those who you support. You will be driven with recovery focused support and be able to implement and evidence support in the recovery work you provide. There is a need for enhanced understanding of IT systems and record keeping ensuring a high standard of data recording. You will need to work well as a team that provides compassion and advocacy for people who access our service, ensuring diligent hand overs are provided as well as team decision making ensuring there in consistency in the care and service we offer.
