Mental Health Matters is seeking a Crisis Recovery Worker to join the Ashford Safe Haven team on a part-time basis. You will provide crisis support, perform risk assessments and work with NHS and emergency services to offer a non-clinical alternative to A&E for people in crisis.
You will assess needs, provide immediate emotional support and contribute to safety plans while coordinating with partners to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
