We are looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our existing friendly team immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in delivering the provision of activities, focussing on functional daily living skills whilst reducing risk issues.
- Deliver activities on a one-to-one basis as well as group sessions comprising of meaningful therapeutic activities, to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Monitor resident's progress, assessing residents' function, producing reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals.
- Capture engagement and auditing activity/education files, activity risk assessments, and assessments of daily living skills.
- Resource materials and keep activity stock and budget updated at all times.
Job Details:
- 40 hours per week
- Β£27,152.40 - Β£28,234.65 (Dependent on Experience)
