We are looking for Support Workers to join our existing friendly team immediately! Various, working on a rolling rota basis, full time, part time and bank opportunities available. £13.45 - £14.03 per hour, dependent on experience.
As a Support Worker you will:
- Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes along the way (however, this is not essential as training will be provided).
- Assist individuals to learn new skills.
- Understand medication procedures.
- Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team of dedicated, qualified and capable staff who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.
Based in the town of Holywell, Glyn Rhosyn is a residential nursing service for individuals living with a learning disability, who are looking to step down from acute services or step up from community-based services. By means of working with individuals using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS) we strive towards achieving positive outcomes, including wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
