What you can expect:

  • In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations and merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success.
  • Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint and return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk.
  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity.
  • Responsible for CRM data gathering and quality management.
  • Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders.
  • Proficient utilization of business systems and latest technology.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business.
  • Willingness to constantly learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • High cultural knowledge and awareness.
