The Young Men's Mentoring & Programme Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Norwich Area, United Kingdom. This role focuses on supporting young men through one-to-one mentoring, group activities, and structured programmes that build confidence, resilience, and life skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering sessions, maintaining regular contact with participants, and creating a safe, non-judgmental environment that encourages openness and personal growth.
