We are looking for an experienced Ops Manager to oversee our growing organisation's operational framework, as we build our first CRM, customer and service automations and systems.
This will free up a huge amount of time the CEO currently spends on manually messaging, keeping track of and coordinating our members and team.

What will you be doing?
- Overseeing and advising on our organisation operations and member pipeline.
- Helping build our new CRM system.
- Implementing and overseeing the functions of a comprehensive Service Map and strategy put together by an experienced Operations consultant.
- Managing and leading a team that includes 1 volunteer helping build the CRM, 1 other volunteer who does our Member Engagement, and a paid tech lead able to build some of the custom integrations.
