Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As the Solutions Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will be critical to our international expansion strategy, serving as the bridge between Claude's technical capabilities and market demands across key European markets. Based in our London office, you will develop regional go-to-market strategies for both vertical industries and functional use cases, enabling our sales teams to successfully position Claude's portfolio of products (API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code) to enterprise and startup customers. You will work directly with our EMEA sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create compelling materials that showcase Claude's unique value proposition for specific industries and use cases. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, adapting global marketing frameworks to meet the nuanced needs of European markets while ensuring compliance with regional regulations like the EU AI Act.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for priority verticals and horizontal solutions.
- Create localized content for European markets that reflects deep understanding of region-specific needs, including industry-specific whitepapers, case studies, sales enablement materials, and other content to support event/field initiatives.
- Partner with sales teams to map buyer journeys and create adoption playbooks for key segments (Digital Native Businesses/Startups, Strategic ISVs, Enterprise Industries).
- Lead EMEA content and campaign development for major initiatives like industry and country launches.
- Enable sales teams with bundled solution messaging across Claude's product portfolio (Claude for Enterprise + API Platform + Claude Code).
- Collaborate with field marketing to support regional events including AWS Summit London, Vivatech Paris, and other impactful moments.
- Work with cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud) to develop co-marketing programs and joint GTM initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence on EMEA-specific verticals and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Develop EMEA-specific compliance and regulatory messaging, particularly around EU AI Act requirements.
- Support lighthouse customer deployments with marketing materials and co-marketing opportunities.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 10+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 6 years in solutions or product marketing - experience working in a scaled, hyper-growth SaaS technology company required with startup experience is strongly preferred.
- Possess deep understanding of enterprise AI adoption cycles and technical buying processes.
- Have experience marketing to both technical and business audiences across multiple European markets.
- Demonstrate proven success in developing vertical-specific marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Show expertise in creating compelling content that translates complex technical concepts into business value.
- Have experience working with cloud partners and ISV ecosystems.
- Excel at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales, product, and field teams.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Have experience with regulatory compliance messaging (GDPR, EU AI Act) in technology marketing.
Strong candidates may also:
- Have prior experience in AI/ML marketing or worked at a major cloud provider.
- Possess technical background or demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex technical products.
- Show success in launching new markets or expanding existing products into new regions.
- Have established relationships with key European enterprises or technology partners.
- Demonstrate experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Have worked in both startup and enterprise environments.
- Show familiarity with European technology ecosystems and startup communities.

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren’t able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you’re interested in this work. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
How we’re different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We’re an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
