About the role

The primary responsibility of the Regional Partner Manager UK and Northern Europe is to build and develop our Claude Services Partner ecosystem in the region. The Anthropic Channels and Alliances team’s function is to extend and accelerate adoption of Claude and its developer platform by recruiting and developing a portfolio of consulting, services, technology and selling partners. As the first hire in region this will be a hands‑on role, suited to a 0-1 operator capable of balancing external‑facing partner management with internal‑facing sales enablement. You will report to the Head of Channels.
