We’re looking for an experienced, driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid acquisition at Lovable. You’ll run paid marketing in a data‑led way across search, social, display and other media, shaping how we acquire new subscribers to a revolutionary product category. What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of performance marketing experience and at least 2 years running teams of 5+ across multiple areas of performance marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with SQL knowledge and the ability to take a large dataset and extract valuable insights.
- Proven experience owning multi-channel paid marketing (search, social, display, emerging channels) and managing meaningful budgets (multi million, preferably reaching 8+ figure scale).
- Deep working knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing, MMM, funnel analysis, cohort/LTV analysis and performance optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt language and information to different stakeholders based on their knowledge of the area.
- Comfort with ambiguity and pivoting fast as Lovable develops its paid marketing strategy.
- Early adopter of AI in performance marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own performance marketing strategy and execution for Lovable: channel strategy, managing and scaling budgets in the most effective places.
- Build, optimise and continually improve frameworks for testing, creative optimisation, budget allocation and working with analytics on attribution, MMM and incremental lift testing.
- Diagnose the biggest opportunities using data and prioritise the highest leverage work to drive impact quickly.
- Work with agencies and in-house teams to develop an ad creative strategy to match Lovable’s media budget across Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.
- Dive into data, working with SQL & BI tools to gather insights that help us make better decisions day‑to‑day, week‑to‑week and month‑to‑month.
- Collaborate with onboarding and activation product squads to give users a seamless, personalised journey from ad → subscription.
- Innovate with AI in performance marketing.
