About Us
Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way. Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality. Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design. When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place. We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
The Role
We care deeply about building a world class team, culture, and company. As our People Enablement Partner in London, you will be the engine behind scaling Legora with top tier talent in the UK while helping to shape our broader People agenda globally. You will own and drive talent acquisition processes, acting as a strategic and operational partner across the business to attract and hire exceptional people. Your scope will not stop there. You will also contribute to building the systems and programs that enable performance, accelerate leadership growth, and help every Legorian do the best work of their lives. You will work directly with founders, hiring managers, and team leads across locations, while serving as a key People partner for our London office.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and execute full cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles in the UK, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go To Market, and operational functions.
- Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, advising on org design, hiring strategy, and candidate experience.
- Build and nurture proactive pipelines for critical current and future roles across key markets.
- Run structured hiring processes that are fast, fair, and outcome focused.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding.
Partner on key People initiatives, including:
- Performance management, including cadence, feedback systems, and calibration.
- Leadership development and manager enablement in partnership with our global People team.
- Learning and development programs suited to a high growth environment.
- Headcount planning, compensation considerations, and succession tracking for the UK team.
Who You Are
You bring 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally from a high growth environment such as a startup, scale up, or VC backed company. You have a strong track record of hiring across commercial and strategic roles such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy. You think holistically about talent and how it connects to business outcomes, not only about filling roles. You have seen rapid growth and know how to build foundational systems while executing at pace. You are naturally collaborative and consultative, and you are also comfortable taking ownership and driving work forward independently. You are passionate about people, whether that is identifying talent, enabling performance, or supporting long term growth. You move quickly, iterate often, and prioritise outcomes over unnecessary complexity. You thrive in ambiguity and see challenges as opportunities to build.
If you are excited about helping to build the London office and our UK presence from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
What’s In It For You
- Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney.
- Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
- Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
