Anthropic is seeking an IT Operations IT Support Engineer to ensure onboarding at scale, automate repetitive work, and improve the day-to-day employee experience across macOS and core SaaS platforms. You will own processes, diagnose and fix issues, and collaborate with IT Engineering and Security while growing into more technical infrastructure work.

You’ll join a fast-growing team, handle on-call rotations, write scripts, maintain device management and identity systems.
