The Problems You\’ll Solve

  • Troubleshoot and fix complex macOS and Windows system problems, working through issues methodically to get users back up and running quickly while keeping systems performing at their best
  • Build expertise across different administrative tools and platforms so you can step in when teammates are out, keeping everything running smoothly without interruption
  • Create clear technical guides and process documentation, and help train users and team members on new tools and best practices as technology evolves
  • Provide essential coverage for EU and Luxembourg time zones while helping train new IT staff on our systems, processes, and how we do things here

The Team You\’ll Work With

You’ll be joining our IT Team.

The IT team serves as the technological backbone of the company, providing frontline desktop support for primarily Mac-based systems across multiple office locations. They act as a force multiplier through automation, maintaining daily IT operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues while managing equipment inventory and new hire setups. The team collaborates cross-functionally to enforce security standards, implement system improvements, and ensure the full operability of conference rooms and communication systems. Working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on customer service, they deliver exceptional support through ticket management systems while continuously innovating technology solutions aligned with business needs.

About You

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and users across different time zones, cultures, and technical skill levels while explaining complex technical issues in accessible terms
  • Manage support requests efficiently through Jira, maintaining detailed records of problem resolution steps and keeping stakeholders informed as issues progress from initial report to resolution
  • Quickly learn and apply company security protocols and IT procedures, serving as a knowledgeable first point of contact who can guide users through proper channels and escalation paths
  • Handle day-to-day IT tasks autonomously while collaborating effectively on complex cross-departmental projects that require coordination between multiple teams and systems
