The Role:
Our Executive Assistant function is part of our CEO Office to drive ultimate operational alignment across Legora. In this newly structured role, you will report directly to the incoming Chief of Staff to our CEO. Your day-to-day focus will be providing dedicated, high-velocity support to multiple VPs within the organization or one CXO.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage complex support across multiple leaders: Own calendar, travel logistics, and email for Executive and several VPs. You won't just manage their time; you will design it to reflect shifting priorities and strategic focus, using AI to optimize their productivity and your own workflow.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones - making sure every touchpoint is prepared, purposeful and followed up.
- Lead planning and execution of key team moments - including recurring meetings, offsites, workshops and informal gatherings.
- Triage inbound requests, protect focus time and help communication flow smoothly across the team.
- Partnering closely with one or more stakeholders leads to flag blockers, support decision-making and help the team stay one step ahead.
- Provide operational support to keep projects, initiatives and team collaboration on track.
- Take initiative to improve the way the team operates - spotting friction points and building better systems.
- Review expense reports of those you support and their direct reports.
- Book travel for those you support as needed using our travel management system.
