As the EMEA Field Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth in the UK and META regions. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end execution of regional marketing programs, from managing the annual plan and budget to delivering high‑impact events and creating compelling content. This role requires a blend of hands‑on execution, strong analytical skills, and proactive engagement with the regional Sales teams.
Responsibilities- Regional Events & Webinars: End‑to‑end management of all regional in‑person and virtual events (trade shows, conferences, partner events) and proprietary webinars targeting the UK and META regions. Handle all logistics, from venue/platform setup and vendor negotiation to speaker coordination and post‑event lead flow.
- Marketing Planning & Budget Management: Manage the annual regional marketing plan and budget for the UK and Middle East, ensuring alignment with EMEA business goals and sales priorities; manage purchase requisitions, process invoices, track expenditures, and maintain fiscal responsibility for all regional activities.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Report on the performance of all regional marketing activities (events, webinars, partner activities, email campaigns); analyse key metrics (MQLs, S1’s, pipeline influence) to provide insights and recommendations for optimising future programs.
- Sales Enablement & Alignment: Build and maintain close relationships with the EMEA Sales team (especially UK/Middle East leaders) to ensure marketing support is aligned with sales needs and goals; communicate program results and provide sales‑ready materials and follow‑up guidance.
- AI‑Driven Efficiency & Innovation: Drive efficiency by identifying and deploying AI‑powered tools to streamline tasks related to project management, data analysis, and content creation; act as an AI champion by testing new platforms, developing best practices, and sharing successful AI workflows with the broader Marketing team.
- Content & Communication: Copywriting for key regional assets, including marketing emails, social media posts, event landing pages, and region‑specific messaging; compile and distribute the partner marketing newsletter.
- Conference Support: Provide hands‑on support to deliver Menlo’s flagship conferences in EMEA (including InfoSec Europe, GISEC).
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Support the broader marketing team with various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- BA (Hons) or BSc (Hons) degree (or equivalent).
- 2‑4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in field marketing, demand generation, or campaigns.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Monday.com.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Excellent copywriting for demand generation materials such as emails, social posts, landing pages.
- Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Cybersecurity experience preferred but not essential.
