Your Role β Lead Practice Nurse β full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday):
- Combination of clinical and leadership duties
- Focus areas include long-term condition management (Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, Hypertension), cervical cytology, wound care, immunisations, and health promotion
- Opportunities to develop nurse-led clinics and contribute to quality improvement
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff
- Structured induction and ongoing training provided
