The Surgery:
- Mid‑sized practice
- Friendly, supportive and innovative team culture
- Led by proactive Partners who embrace technology and modern ways of working
- Strong existing leadership structure including an Operations Manager and Reception Supervisor
- Operate across 2 sites
- SystmOne
Your Role:
- Locum Practice Manager – 3‑4 days per week (flexible days)
- Provide leadership across the practice with a focus on governance, compliance and human resources
- Lead on CQC readiness, particularly Health & Safety and regulatory standards
- Oversee administrative functions and support team management
- Work collaboratively with the existing leadership team to drive continuous improvement
- Support the practice in maintaining its previous Good CQC rating ahead of an anticipated inspection
- Primary Care and experience working in GP Surgery environments is essential
- SystmOne experience required
- Some prior experience working with Xero and Iris would be advantageous, but training could be provided
- Ongoing locum requirement with potential for a longer‑term or permanent role
