NO WEEKENDS β PART OR FULL TIME HOURS β NO ON CALL/OOH\βs Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new role within a super-friendly and supportive independent practice just outside Cardiff with 15-minute consults, and a balance between surgery and consults? This independent really does believe and encapsulate the true meaning of work-life balance. The practice is seeking a Vet who has a minimum of two years\β experience, ideally, flexible on part or full-time hours. Full time equivalent is 38 hours per week, over 4 days.
Location-
South Wales, commutable from bright and vibrant Cardiff quite easily, with the Brecon Beacons close to the North and easy access to beaches to the South.
The Practice A fiercely independent practice for more than 30- years within beautiful South Wales, where it has been making a positive difference in the lives of clients and their pets. This independent is run by a team that puts compassion at the heart, front and centre of everything they do, with exceptional care to deliver the best service possible. An approachable, close-knit group of 11 Vets, 10 RVNs and a team of wonderful reception staff give the practice a real family feel. They are continually investing in facilities and coming up on Β£1million total invested in buildings, facilities and people over the past 6 years alone. This is creating a great base for expansion for the future. Your Role A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid license to practice in the UK. A really nice balance between consults and surgeries. Full or part-time hours β very flexible rota to accommodate an individual vet. 15-minute consultations. Fixed day off per week, and no weekends. Opportunity to develop your career and pursue areas of interest. Certificates supported. The Benefits No on-call or out of hours or weekends. Standard rota is 38 hours per week, over 4 days per week. Fixed day off. 5 weeks holiday. Memberships paid for (RCVS, VDS, BVA, BSAVA) Certificates and generous CPD allowance.
