Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a relaxed, supportive independent practice with no micro-management, that can offer you clinical freedom? Salary: £40,000 - £60,000. The exact salary within this banding will be awarded commensurate on experience.
Location: Dudley
The Practice: A hard working, independent surgery that has outstanding staff retention across clinical and administrative staff. A pragmatic approach to client and patient care and a philosophy of always having the animal at the heart of any process. There is a passion for teaching and education here, so you will be supported with the pursuit of certificates and overall professional development. A fully equipped in-house lab, digital x-rays, ultrasound, and a fully equipped operating theatre.
Your Role: A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid license to practice in the UK. Minimum of six months' post qualification experience. Full or part-time hours with a minimum of three days per week. Lots of flexibility here to suit an individual vet's preferences. 15-minute consultations and a mixture between consults and surgery. Opportunities to develop as a vet and even look at partnership in the future if of interest. Work closely with a wonderful, local, appreciative client base.
