We've won 9 industry awards in 5 years within our sector, and are currently looking to expand our locum division. Our locum team are a small, collaborative and high-performing team who have been growing year on year even in what's been a shrinking locum market. While others have struggled, we've continued to expand and outperform.
This role sits within our Primary Care locum team, focusing on allied health professionals. You'll be responsible for both client and candidate development whilst overseeing assignments from booking through to completion. What we're looking for:
- Someone who enjoys the pace of temp desk who can demonstrate tenacity, attention to detail, good process and the desire to succeed.
- Experience in temp/contract recruitment (healthcare desirable but not essential).
- Someone who understands how to build and manage a desk, not just fill jobs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships properly.
- Track record generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong service levels.
