Here we have a wonderful opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join a fantastic practice in the Bognor Regis area. The practice offers a very manageable workload and has a real emphasis on work/life balance, aiming to get clinicians finishing on time so that they can get home at a sensible hour! They have a very friendly and multi-disciplined team who work together brilliantly to deliver the very best care that they can for patients. We have helped this practice to recruit GPs, Nursing & Allied Health clinicians in the past and have had fantastic feedback from them. The surgery is very supportive of career progression and development and will happily support the pursuit of specialist interests. They can also offer Tier 2 Visa sponsorship! Salary – £42,000 – £48,000 per annum (full time equivalent) + 5.5 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS Pension Location – Bognor Regis area The surgery – •Highly supportive practice that supports professional development of all staff •Regular huddles and clinical meetings •Mixed patient demographic that keeps every day interesting •Truly care about staff work/life balance •Multi-disciplined team; Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacists, FCPs, et al. •Great feedback from GPs we have previously helped them recruit •SystmOne practice •GPs manage own workload on daily basis Your role – •Practice Nurse position •Part-time requirement (24 hours per week – flexible) •Treatment Room duties, incl. bloods, smears, wound care, immunisations, etc •COPD/Respiratory experience required •Spirometry experience required also! •QOF reviews •Work alongside an experienced, multi-disciplined team •Very, very few home-visits (practice as a whole only has one per week) •No extended hours! •Very manageable clinical workload The benefits – •£42,000 – £48,000 per annum salary (full time equivalent) •Indemnity paid •5.5 weeks’ annual leave •1 week study leave •NHS pension •No extended hours Next Steps: For further details on this exceptional role, please click the Apply Now button.
