A well-established and friendly GMS GP Practice situated in North Cambridge is seeking to hire a permanent Practice Manager. The practice places a strong emphasis on staff well-being and is committed to maintaining a positive work-life balance and a supportive working environment.
As Practice Manager, you will work alongside a collaborative team of partners who trust you to manage operations autonomously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading a team, along with solid financial and HR management and recruitment skills. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and focus on the bigger picture, identifying potential opportunities and threats and formulating objectives and ideas for the future practice development. Previous Practice Manager experience is essential.
The practice is supported by a robust administrative team, uses EMIS Web and serves a patient list of approximately 15,000 managed through a partnership. They have a varied workforce involving everyone from GPs and Pharmacists to ANPs, nurses and secretaries. The Practice also promotes a great location for training programmes and is highly involved in their PCN and has a lot of extra benefits. You will also benefit from having a strong Management support structure around you.
Salary: £50,000 - £61,800, depending on experience and qualifications
