An approved Training Practice, who drives a proactive healthcare model, holding regular regional clinics, out-of-hours clinics, and monthly meetings to discuss complex patients – an exceptionally well managed patient cohort. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to work from the comfort of your own home, whilst also continually developing your career. Salary – £25,000 – £31,000 per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave (Bank holidays excluded) Location – Northolt area, West London The surgery – Passionate, forward thinking and patient focused practice with a very manageable patient list size Training Practice – including training Physician Associates, huge advocates for further development and career progression Regular regional meetings and clinical meetings to discuss interesting cases and continue to learn. Proactive approach to patient care Based in a large, modern Health Centre with a range of Healthcare services. Multi-disciplinary clinical team – ANPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, etc Your role – Full-time or part-time available (minimum 3 days per week) Support the role of the Clinical Pharmacist at GP practice level on the delivery of the Clinical Pharmacy in General Practice model.
