The practice is looking for a Diabetes Specialist who is comfortable with triaging, ideally on a full time basis. You will work alongside a long standing and experienced MDT, benefit from flexible hours as well as no home visiting or extended hours requirements. Minimum Requirement β You will need to be comfortable with Triage and ideally be fully IP qualified!
Salary β Β£45,000 – Β£50,000 per annum (full time equivalent) + NHS Pension + 5 weeks annual leave (bank holidays excluded) + 1 week study leave + Indemnity

Your role β
- Full time or Part time requirement
- Focusing primarily on Triage, acute on-the-day appointments and long-term conditions (specific requirement for Diabetes experience)
- 15-minute appointments
- Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments
- Streamlined admin to reduce workload
- No extended hours requirement
- No home visiting requirement
- Primary Care experience required
- MUST be comfortable with triaging
