We are partnering with a well-established PCN in the South Devon area. The practice is seeking a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join their team supporting 2 of their practices for one day each until the end of March 2026. The role involves working 2 full days with the PCN, supporting with patient consultations, medication related tasks, prescribing and related day to day responsibilities.
To be eligible for this role you must be an Independent Prescriber and have completed or be on the CPPE pathway.
- Salary: £35-£40 per hour
- Location: South Devon
- The surgery: PCN consisting of 4 practices
- Supported by: multi-disciplinary team of ANPs, Pharmacists, Physician Associates, Health and Wellbeing coaches, Care Coordinators and other clinical professionals
- Working across: 2 practices which are both CQC GOOD
- Your role: Locum Clinical Pharmacist, 2 days per week
- Start date: asap, dependent on compliance
- EMIS practice
- Patient consultations: related medication tasks, SMRS, Polypharmacy etc.
- Independent Prescriber: Must have completed or be on the CPPE pathway
- Primary Care experience: essential
- You must be qualified as: a Clinical Pharmacist and be registered with the GPhC
