Background – An incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist, looking to join one of the most forward-thinking practices in SW London. This surgery is very well-regarded and has a vibrant, multi-disciplined team of GPs and clinicians. The surgery is a Training Practice and is committed to education and supporting specialist interests.
Within your role as a Clinical Pharmacist, you can expect to focus largely on chronic disease management. You will be leading your own clinics, managing a mix of telephone and face-to-face appointments. As well as a lovely working environment, this practice offers a fantastic scope for career progression – all of their partners were previously clinicians at the surgery! Hybrid working is also a strong possibility in the long term.

Based in a brand new, purpose-built and modern building. Superb, multi-disciplined team in place including Clinical Pharmacists, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Mental Health and more. Offering unrivalled opportunities for further development and progression. High level of flexibility on offer – no set start or finish times. Incredibly dedicated admin support team. Free parking.
Your role – Clinical Pharmacist. Full time hours available, as well as condensed hours. Focusing on Chronic Disease Management. Working with a young demographic of patients within Clapham and Balham. Mixture of telephone and face-to-face. Mix of pre-booked and on-the-day appointments. Extended hours – 1 day a week but is not compulsory. Flexible start and finish times. Option for hybrid-working after several months in the role! MUST be an Independent Prescriber with Primary Care Experience.
The benefits – Base salary of £55,000 - £66,000 per annum. NHS pension. Full indemnity covered. 6 weeks’ annual leave (Bank holidays excluded). 1 week study leave.
