Background – This is a superb permanent opportunity with a very forward-thinking and highly respected GP training practice, looking to add a Clinical Pharmacist to their close-knit team. The practice is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care and ideally as a Prescriber with the CPPE Pathway. They are looking for someone to handle, SMRs, Polypharmacy, Discharge letters, Meds management, etc as well as overseeing the dispensary. There is the option for the Clinical Pharmacist to work a hybrid role if required but the majority of time is expected in practice. With a generous salary entitlement of up to £60,500 per annum FTE DOE it is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist.
