A great opportunity has arisen with a very forward-thinking GP Surgery in Swindon, looking for a full time Clinical Pharmacist to join their established Pharmacy team. The role offers hybrid working with one day per week working from home. The day-to-day will consist of usual Clinical Pharmacist duties such as SMRs, Polypharmacy, Meds Reconciliation, etc, as well as the opportunity to develop any specific areas of interest. The practice is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with a strong background in primary care and ideally an independent prescriber, ideally with the CPPE pathway as well. The practice is very highly regarded with a superb staff retention rate and has a very high patient satisfaction.
Minimum Requirement – You will need to have Primary Care experience!
Salary – £45,945 to £54,210 per annum FTE DOE (£23.56 – £27.80 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Ad Hoc Study Leave + Indemnity

Your role –
- Responsible for usual Clinical Pharmacist duties (SMRs, Polypharmacy, etc) plus any areas of interest
- Work 1 day per week from home
- Option for full time hours over 4 days
- Conduct patient facing appointments
- Primary Care experience is a minimum requirement
- Ideally have completed the IP and CPPE pathway
- Work alongside a strong MDT and other Pharmacists
- Opportunities to develop as a clinician
- Occasional care home rounds but very infrequent
- Optional extended hours
- Work with SystmOne computer system
- Flexible start and finish times
