We’re looking for a Business Developer to work across the business, including internationally.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Business Development – identify and target new business opportunities in the primary care and veterinary markets, by developing and executing strategic plans to increase market share and revenue, whilst staying informed with industry trends.
  • Key Account Management – act as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Reporting – work closely with our Recruitment Consultants and the Business Development Manager to align client requirements with talent acquisition strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within recruitment or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UK primary care market and healthcare recruitment challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate to international time differences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • A passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrate resilience and perseverance, maintaining a positive attitude while overcoming challenges in a competitive recruitment market.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £30,000-£40,000
  • Holiday: 25 days + BH
  • Work from anywhere (WFA): 10 days WFA – allowing you to work from different locations at home and abroad
