This is a superb opportunity for a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a respected and growing independent practice in a Clinic Director position! This is ideal for a veterinary surgeon who is excited by leadership, who is enthusiastic and has a strong passion for ensuring that pets receive the very best quality of care possible.
Here you will benefit from working in a very modern practice with a small, close-knit team consisting of 4 consulting rooms, 2 theatres, separate dental suite, CASCO kennels in the separate dog, cat and exotics ward, bespoke waiting pods etc. Strong clinical experience is required for the role and prior experience in a leadership position, such as senior/lead vet would be fantastic.
The role is full time over 4 days with a mix of consults (15 minute consult times), surgery and daily admin time with NO out of hours requirement! The practice is very pet centric and prides itself on providing the best quality care to patients proven with their fear free accredited status! There are continuous opportunities for CPD – including trips abroad!

Your Role:
- Experienced Vet Surgeon with a passion for leadership
- Lead the practice – managing the Vets, RVNs and Care-Coordinators
- Full time position with No OOH requirement!
- 15 minute consultations as standard
- 1 in 2 Saturday mornings – this will decrease as the team grows
- Focus on delivering the highest quality care to all patients.
- A nice, varied caseload with plenty of opportunity for surgery.
