Background –
This is a superb opportunity to join a practice that genuinely emphasises looking after its staff, with high staff retention rates and opportunities for career progression and development. The role is looking for a permanent ANP or ACP, for 3-5 days per week. Benefit from 15 minute appointment times and no extended hours. The practice needs someone comfortable with home visits and confident seeing patients of all ages. A fantastic opportunity to join a very close-knit and long standing MDT.
Salary – £56,550 - £60,450 per annum FTE DOE (£29-£31 per hour DOE) + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays

Your role –
ANP or ACP with an acute, on the day focus
Open to between 3-5 days per week on a permanent basis
Morning of telephone and face to face appointments
Afternoon of 3-4 home visits per day
15 minutes appointment times (longer given for home visits)
Be experienced seeing patients of all ages
No extended hours required
