Background – Menlo Park are working with a very highly regarded and genuinely forward thinking GP surgery, looking to add an ANP to the team to handle acute, on the day presentations and also to be the lead Nurse for the Nursing Team. The role is ideally for around 30 hours per week, on a permanent basis, with roughly 25 hours dedicated to clinical work and about 5 hours per week to the lead Nurse role. The Nursing team is made up of 3 Practice Nurses and 2 HCAs. Flexibility around whether 10 or 15 minute appointments. Great practice with strong staff retention. This is a superb opportunity to join a very well-established and respected team that is very supportive regarding the progression and development of all staff members.

Salary – £52,500 - £58,500 per annum (£27-£30 per hour) DOE + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Study
