Practice Overview
A mid‑sized general practice located in Weston‑Super‑Mare, serving a population with above‑average health needs and supported by additional funding.
The practice is part of a progressive and collaborative PCN and offers genuine flexibility in working patterns.
- Role Details
- Two salaried GP positions (6‑session and 4‑session).
- Day start time: Monday. Some GPs work one session a day from 10:00 to 14:15.
- 12 patient appointments per clinical session. Each appointment includes an hour and ten minutes of dedicated admin time.
- 15‑minute appointments are standard. ACP‑led triage means Duty Days involve seeing 12 acute patients per session.
- Home‑visiting paramedic reduces GP workload.
