This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a highly respected independent veterinary practice in Droitwich. The team consists of about 13 vets, 14 RVNs and several nursing assistants. You will work with modern equipment, conduct 15‑minute appointments as standard, and enjoy a work‑life balance with no nights and a weekend rota averaging only one weekend per four. All staff finish close to 6:30pm, and the practice supports career development with support for certificates and other professional progression.

Location: Droitwich

Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 DOE
