Overview

In this role you will join a well-regarded GP practice in Swindon with a supportive, low-burden environment and a potential partnership path. You work within a close-knit team, balancing clinical duties with built-in admin time and limited duty sessions. Responsibilities

  • Deliver 15-minute appointments with a mix of same-day and pre-booked slots
  • Operate with a half-day admin slot weekly and routine built-in admin time
  • Participate in duty GP rotas (afternoon sessions, up to 13 patients)
  • Home visits covered by paramedics; routine visits not expected of primary GPs
  • Benefit from two-tree corporate social responsibility initiatives and a supportive practice culture
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, physiotherapists, care coordinators and ANPs
  • Work within SystmOne for clinical documentation and workflow
