You will be joining a GP Training Practice in Southampton seeking a Salaried GP for 4–7 sessions. This is a genuinely supportive and collaborative team offering a well‐structured working day, protected follow‐up time and strong MDT support.
Salary & Benefits

Workload & Structure
- Only 27 patients per day
- Protected mini‐session for follow‐up appointments (a 6‐session GP would have 8 follow‐up slots batched together)
- No home visits for Salaried GPs on routine days
- Half‐day duty only, focusing on e‐Consult triage following initial GPA sifting, with 6 appointment slots allocated during for any patients needing review
- Admin time allocated to each session per BMA contract.
The Practice also hosts medical students.
