£104,940 – £104,940 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 7 weeks leave
You will be working for one of the most forward-thinking organisations in the South West. Working alongside an established team of permanent GPs, you’ll also be supported by other prescribing clinicians including Paramedics, Pharmacists and Nurses as well as further Nurse Practitioners and a Mental Health Nurse.
You’ll join a group that is extremely proactive in tackling the needs of its local population, with notable mental health and frailty projects ongoing at both practice and group level.
GPs are very encouraged to pursue their areas of interest given the scope for the benefit they have on the local populous.
Newly qualifying GPs including those requiring Tier 2 visa sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
Salary: £11,660 per session plus indemnity cover
Location – Weston-super-Mare, commutable from Bristol

- GP Training Practice
- Established team of Salaried GPs supported by long-standing permanently employed Remote GPs
- Incredibly forward thinking, regularly undertaking new pilots and initiatives
- Visiting Paramedics employed meaning virtually no home visits for GPs
- Care Home GPs also employed meaning little to no care home work
- CQC Good
Your role –
- Salaried GP with scope for pursing numerous specialisms thanks to local initiatives
- Very reasonable clinical sessions with just 13/14 contacts per session
- E-Consult type appointment template which leaves GPs in control of their day
- Scope to develop into further leadership roles
- Coffee break every morning
- Using EMIS Web
- You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
