Bureaucracy stripped away so you can focus on the reason you chose to become a doctor, clinical work and seeing patients. Career progression supported. You will also be supported with career progression, whether that is a clinical interest or if you have a desire to become a teacher or trainer. The surgery is also extremely low visiting for GPs, with ANPs and Physician Associates carrying out the bulk of visits. Very low home-visiting Realistic workload – 16 appointment per session – mix of f2f and virtual. The practice are looking to find efficiencies to reduce appointment numbers and lengthen appointment times. Less than 10 documents per day Triaging hub of clinicians who manage ‘duty doctor’, ensuring all urgent queries, home visits and appointments are dealt with, leaving the GPs on a normal clinic to focus on the patients.
