Β£47,000 - Β£105,750 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 7 weeks leave

Are you looking to join a practice that offers a predictable workload with enough time to consult with your patients thoroughly? The practice is ahead of the curve in terms of technology and approach and as its list size continues to grow, it continually recruits new GPs to ensure they remain well-Doctored. The practice has multiple GP Trainers, an impressive multi-disciplinary team and a very reasonable patient workload, accompanied by a daily 10am coffee break with all clinicians! The practice is also involved in research and keen to grow its activity in this area.

  • Salary – Β£11,750 per session + indemnity cover
  • Location – Redruth area
  • The surgery – GP Training & Research practice
  • Large team of Partners and Salaried GPs – excellent retention
  • Support team including Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, Minor Illnesses and large Pharmacy team
  • Dispensing practice
  • Using innovative AI consultation system called Klinik
  • CQC Good with Outstanding

Your role – Salaried GP (partnership potential in future)

  • 4 or more sessions
  • Very reasonable workload of just 20 patients per day plus follow-ups:
  • AM – 8 x 15-minute F2F, 4 x 10-minute calls
  • PM – 6 x 15-minute F2F, 2 x 10-minute F2F
  • 5 protected continuity/follow-up slots that only GPs can book
  • 10am coffee break every day
  • No home visits as part of normal day

  • 6 weeks’ annual leave
  • 1 week study leave
