Exceptionally well run, small practice with incredible levels of support to GPs and Clinicians, very low levels of admin with bureaucracy stripped away to leave only clinical care. Innovative total triaging hub aiding the efficient running of the practice. Forward‑thinking set‑up with clinical progression encouraged and supported.
Progressive and forward‑thinking set‑up – patient booking app and near paperless practice. Unique levels of support to its GPs, contributing to an excellent working environment. Part of larger network with many GP Training practices. Impressive multi‑disciplinary team, including ANP, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner and Paramedic.
Bureaucracy stripped away so you can focus on the reason you chose to become a doctor, clinical work and seeing patients. Career progression and clinical development supported. Salaried GP post – 5 sessions.
You will also be supported with career progression, whether that is a clinical interest or if you have a desire to become a teacher or trainer. Salary – £11,000 – £12,000 (experience dependent) + indemnity paid in full + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + BMA Model Contract including 2 NHS Days.
Location – Romford. The surgery – Forward‑thinking, dynamic set‑up. Purpose‑built practice. High levels of support, including multi‑disciplinary team (Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Paramedic). Your role: 5 sessions. Clinically focused position with reduced admin. Very low home‑visiting. Realistic workload and strong emphasis on work/life balance. You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
