Responsibilities
- Manage same-day demand through the Acute Care Team.
- Provide GP-book-only slots to maintain continuity of care.
- Assist and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including ANPs, paramedics and a pharmacist.
- Use remote GP support for administrative duties and same-day demand coordination.
